Evening Barre Workout

For those who have not taken a Barre class it has the element of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.  This is a barefoot workout.  Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring an exercise mat, towel, and spill-proof water bottle. Maximum class size is 12 participants.
