All Wellness Programs are open to residents and non-residents and you will be contacted by Ty Richardson to schedule your orientation once registered.

Attendees of this FREE informal discussion are invited to ask Ty Richardson about all things health and wellness. Guest will receive a workbook to guide them through the process of creating healthier habits so that you leave this talk with useful information that can be applied immediately. The talks will occur the first Saturday of every month from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Pre-registration of at least seven days before the desired Saturday is REQUIRED!

This 30-minute comprehensive assessment will evaluate your fitness level by testing your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body fat assessment. This fitness report will determine your baseline health and wellness status and disease risk.
