All paid classes will last six weeks, beginning January 2023.
Due to scheduling challenges, makeup days cannot be guaranteed for missed classes at the end of a session. If classes cannot be made up, the next session will be discounted OR extended.
Modified for seniors, this style of yoga links movement and breath, increasing flexibility and balance. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat with you.
Join our drawing class, where you will work from still life's, photographs, and personal objects. Explore composition, color, and mark-making by using different media, including charcoal, graphite, pastels, and colored pencils. All levels are welcome.
This is an active indoor class that includes brisk walking to increase heart rate, strength training, exercises to increase range of motion for the upper body, balance, core control, and flexibility.
Progress from learning to hand-piece, starting with traditional log cabin block and then curved piecing. A basic list of supplies is provided upon registration.
