Do you have to be a resident of Cleveland Heights to use the Community Center?

Cleveland Heights residents have the priority use of our parks and facilities. Nonresidents have limited access. Residents can bring guests, but the number is limited and depends on the facility and usage. Our Community Center was built and is supported by taxes paid by residents and is primarily for use by residents. Some programs are open to the nonresidents as well, with a higher rate structure.
