The facilities within the parks i.e. picnic shelter, tennis courts, basketball courts, ballfields and Multi-sports fields and the skate park require residency. Residents can bring guests, but the number is limited and depends on the facility and usage. Our Community Center was built and is supported by taxes paid by residents and is primarily for use by residents. Some programs are open to the non residents as well, with a higher rate structure. Our outdoor Cumberland Pool is open to Cleveland Heights residents only, with a limited guest policy.
