Aerobic Step with a Twist of Dance

Aerobic Step is a form of Physical Exercises that combines an Aerobic Step Board, ABS and Rhythmic Aerobic Exercises with Stretching and Strength Training Routines with a goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular, strength and cardiovascular fitness). This class will be performed to high energy music.
