Barre Body Total Workout - Evening

The Barre class is back!   For those who have not taken a Barre class it has the element of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.  This is a bare foot workout.  Wear comfortable workout cloths and bring an exercise mat, towel, and spill-proof water bottle. You will need to grab a bottle of disinfectant and a towel from the cart near the front desk before you head up to your class. (Max limit is 8 - Sorry no drop-ins) Must register a week prior to start date!
