Tai Shin Doh Karate - Adult

This self-defense class is open to adults of all skill levels. Using Tai Shin Doh Karate as a base, this class provides practical knowledge of how to protect yourself from a variety of real-world situations. From physical altercations, to tripping and falling unexpectedly, you will learn how to react in a way that preserves your physical health. By the end of this class, you will improve your fitness, balance, flexibility, and mobility while also having a better understanding of how to keep yourself safe. This class also requires face masks to protect instructors and students from COVID-19.
