Join our personal trainers for a walk on Sundays.  We will not meet on following Sundays - Mother’s Day 5/13, Memorial Day weekend 5/27 and Father’s Day 6/17. Registration not necessary.

Join Ms. Pia for an outdoor program (weather permitting – indoor if necessary)Participate is basic Yoga poses incorporating the BOSU Balance Trainer adding a whole new dimension to your mind-body-wellness workout!  Improve balance, coordination and reflexes, while strengthening the core with this functional full body workout. Bring your Mat!


Forest Hill Nature Walk (Selby J. Majewski)   
Sunday, May 6 from 9:30-11:30 am - Meet at the front doors of the Community Center
Forest Hill Park is a gem in our own backyard.  Come and explore the park with a naturalist from North Chagrin Metro Park (Selby J. Majewski).  Dress to hike with sturdy shoes or boots.  Dates:  May 25 & August 24 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm.  No need to register for this program, just show up ready to hike!

This BOSU Pilates workout uses this special prop to challenge your stability and balance in traditional Pilates exercises.  Stability, balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance can all be enhanced with Pilates exercises on the BOSU. All areas are targeted, but in particular the legs, arms and chest and smaller stabilizing muscles, all of which support the structure of the body and maintain good posture. Bring your Mat!

A circuit training workout. Increase strength develop balance and improve cardiovascular health.  This workout routine is designed for the aging population who are looking to get fit and stay active.  This workout contains a variety of low impact functional fitness exercised put together in circuit format achieving greater all-around physical fitness.
