Both Shallow Water Aerobics and Deep Water Aerobics classes are held at Cumberland Outdoor Pool.
Shallow Water Aerobics
The beginner's class is intended for people aged 18 and over. It includes a vigorous 40-minute workout in the water, incorporating cardiovascular exercise along with calisthenics. Participants need to be comfortable in the water.

Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Dates: June 12 to August 16 (No class 6/14, 6/28, 7/12, & 7/31)
Time: 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Deep Water Aerobics
This class is intended for experienced swimmers aged 18 and over. The program is challenging, intense, and a great alternative workout for lap swimmers. Participants need their own deep water belts.
